Normally I stay under 1000 calorie intake per day but since last few days I crave for foods more and more. Im afraid that I'm going to gain all weight I lost so far. What should I do. I drink enough water and I dont eat snacks. What shouls I do?? I barely lost 10kg within 4 months and within few days Im gonna gain those 10kg again. Is it becasue of stress??

I have a question.. If we eat whatever we want but stay under recommended calorie intake ,is that a problem? Because as a student I hardly find time to make my meals.. So I eat things like Panini, chicken burger, sandwiches. bu I stay under 1400 per day.
