I lost a few pounds, so I am excited that I am heading in the right direction. I worked really hard to only have lost 3-4 pounds. Hopefully the weight will start to drop more quickly.

I did slip today...had 2 slices of pizza hut. I don't feel bad about it though...because I will be drinking a lot of water to flush that right out of my system hopefully. Bought a cleanse/detox so I guess I will see how that goes...

I seriously need to get more serious when it comes to losing weight. After a week of doing so well...I guess I became a bit discouraged and started slipping. I need to get back on track and not let what Ive done so far go to waste. Back to the gym....drink more water, cut out the fatty foods...less juice...so so hard, so difficult...temptation getting in the way...but it will be worth it in the end!!!

I am so PISSED! A week now I have been on a diet, and I haven't lost any pounds. I thought I looked more toned...but maybe I am fooling myself!!! Not even a SINGLE POUND!!! How discouraging is that!!
