I'm a little confused about how to enter what I do with weights at the wellness center here on Fat secret. The only real weight option is Weight training moderate. At the wellness center I work through about 12 pieces of equipment and two sets of 15 reps. I'm not sure I would call it "moderate" or not. It usually takes me anywhere from 25-40 minutes to complete them. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Only did my usual dog walking today, didn't make it to the gym. My son cooked an amazingly healthy dinner, which was so nice. Will try to make it to the fitness center tomorrow.

Went to the nutrionist today and took a medgem test to determine my rate of caloric burn. I discovered that I burn abou 1400 calories a day at rest. This will help motivate me as I pick and choose what I'm eating. As I was just reviewing my entries I realized that I actually eat a lot less veggies than I thought I did. I guess I really need to pump that up.
