For those who don't know, now you know!! I just found this place last week. I haven't gotten stuff in the mail yet, but the prices are great!!! Idk how the prices stack up for whey. But for my Vegan stuff, it's way cheaper than what I pay. And in the past I knew of Bulk Supplements dot com, but not about this one. So many flavors to choose from!! Seriously, go play around with their site. You can fine tune everything. They also do oatmeals, and smoothies. Mind blown lmao.

Good afternoon yall!! Boring food shot!! lol. Final meal of my eating window period.
"Cheezy Beans N' Rice"
- Jasmine rice and pinto beans mixed together
- Chao "Cheese" 2 slices melted in
- Sweet paprika, and Deliciou BBQ Bacon seasoning
- A Little bit of chipotle hot sauce!
Pretty savory and yumz right here!
I am also excited that I found a new workout app for my phone, so I was able to make my own routine! Woop woop!

I have no pics for yall, sorry lol. Since weightlifting, I am obviously not obsessing over the scale. I have stayed about the same weight for the past week and a half. I am bringing the carbs in more and more each day too. Trying to get this food in on the transition. Finding it hard to eat much these days after all the OMAD fasting. Idk what is up with that so I know itll take me a bit to start eating more.
I feel pretty good though, I am hopeful I will make a great transition! :)
