Its been a distratous 3-4 months for me when it comes to my health, lifestyle, diet and work outs.

I have been hardly going to the gym, although have been physically active by moving around but its definately not enough.
From 48 kgs to 52 kgs...I am feeling pathetic...like all my hard work and sweat has literally gone to waste.
The worst part is i cant do anything about it because of my work hours...my team mates do not understand my inclination towards working out and hence I suffer...

Although I have never been strict with my diet but I have given myself a lee way through out in these months. Not a single day has passed where I have not hogged on something which I am not suppossed to.

I am feeling like a loser...can only see my fat buldging out from everywhere...even when i hit the gym, instead of concentrating on my workouts I can only see myself getting out of shape and tears start rolling...I want to get back to where i was...especially when I had reached my goal and managed to stay there....
