Mau tanya kalau program fatloss lebih baik banyak cardio/main beban ya? Sama lebih baik makannya dibanyakin atau sedikit? Soalnya takut hasilnya badan aku malah berotot besar

Susah banget diet lagi, sampe mikir kok bisa ya kemaren2 diet dengan adem ayem. Gimana ya cara untuk ngebalikin semangat buat diet lagi?? Cuma pengen bb ke 60 aja susah banget dan males banget untuk diet
