I was so happy today when I weighed and I was below 250, WONDERFUL! Now to keep it going and go even further this comming week.

Two more days and it will be a month on the Atkins plan for life. I'm not doing too badly I guess I wish I were loosing a bit faster, but then again I am not really exercising all that much. So my goal for Feb. is to really excersie at least once a week every week in Feb. (Example, Walking around town, doing Zumba on my WII, going swimming for an hour. etc. Sound like a plan to you?
