I have struggles with me weight since the seventh grade after a traumatic event. I just want to feel good, look the best I can and have energy and stamina. I'm carrying around 40 plus extra pounds that is exhausting me and I and I am ready. I don't want to do radical as much as sensible real life eating and I want to focus on smaller portions and limit processed and sugary foods that trigger me to overeat empty calories.
