So far I'm off to a good start. Woke up this morning, took care of the dog then planned and started my workout. Upper body today...lots of arms. Want to work more on chest next time (Friday). 35 minutes working upper body 10 minutes warmup and cool down. Now planning for the rest of the day.
Remember...no food for one hour after workout.

The holidays are over!! Time to focus on making myself better. Weight loss leads to better health, more confidence, higher self-esteem and a positive more active role model for my girls. I haven't used this site nearly to it's full potential. That needs to change. I've been able to lose a few pounds since becoming a member.
Starting a new "diet/exercise" program....Body for Life. Like every other diet, planning and motivation are keys. I will need to push myself daily to meet my goals! Planning and shopping happen this week.
It all starts Sunday December 30, 2012.
