Thank god this rollercoaster is going to stop soon.
Gained weight, cause life happens.
Last fall, added ~30 minutes of daily activity to the mix. Over ~6 months, steadily dropped about 10 pounds. Found myself exactly where I wanted to be.
Started new job. Thought I'd put some of it back on because it's sedentary. Nope. Seems dropping the unemployed beer calories will more than offset sitting around for 8 hours at a stretch. Kept losing weight, cause I have to watch how much/when I eat because it's a night job and I can't risk falling asleep due to a food coma during my shift. Not good. Not good at all.
Went on family vacation, gained some back because I happily ate my way through Coastal Carolina. Thought I'd been maintaining until I jumped on the scale today.
WTF. Yeah, I've probably dropped some weight since vacation, but there is no way my weight is THIS low - I suspect something wonky with the scale. (I think the batteries are going.) Cause otherwise, this is just fucking unhealthy.
Regardless, I only have one more week of the night job, then I will have a day job where I can pretty much eat whatever, whenever and I can get back to the ~115 that is healthy for me.
