yup so my weight went up today im not pleased. i really let myself go last week but not now. my roommate has been hitting the gym starting yesterday and while im not quite comfortable heading to the gym yet i have started my jillian michaels ripped in 30 again and today was day 2 of week 1! i do it when she goes to the gym so that way its like its scheduled in for me. i was extremely stressed today so i overate n while eatting i knew it was bad but couldnt stop. so tomorrow i will be better. i have been drinking alot of water though.. maybe even too much

39 days till spring break and im headed to england! so i need to get my ass in gear. i have started taking my pills again and am going to start working out again, im considering doing spinning everyday on top of yoga and ballet.

my scale is broken so i havent been able to check my weight. but ive been trying to stick to my calorie goals and trying to work out. i do ballet 2 a week for an hour every time and i walk to my classes and try to take the stairs. i;ve got to start doing my jillian michaels again and i have started taking my pills again which really help to curb my appetite. hopefully i will get some new batteries for my scale by next week and can really get back on it
