Right now I'm a technically a bit overweight. I feel huge. I want to be light as air. I want to be lean and mean. I want to be able to run 5 miles without stopping, and run my cross country races in less than 20 minutes. This is my weight-loss journey.

Not a great day today, ate too much sugar and processed food.
Keeping in mind that it was a special occasion.
For tomorrow->
drink plenty of water
eat three each of fruit and veggie servings
squeeze in a run? 2.5 miles?
stay under 1800 calories.
