Homing in on the six-pack. Never in my life have I had a six-pack. It's the final push that's the hardest. Increasing abs to at least every other day. Cardio in every workout.
It seems like everyone is so gung-ho about being healthy before summer starts. Now all my buddies seem to have given up.
Dieting with no support is hard :[

Feel like I'm hitting a wall. My BF% hasn't gone down for the past few days. Some things I need to do:
-Eat more often: my limited meals might be signaling starvation mode, which is no good for fat loss.
-HIIT: High intensity interval training burns more calories in less time. Also, long distance running can cause muscle loss
-Eat more fiber
-Carb Cycle?
MAIN POINT: Focus more on metabolism, and keeping it up by any means. Sure, less calories will do something, but paired with a slow metabolism, will take a long time. Interesting read:
