New to this...
I had been thin my whole life until my Dr. prescribed a medication that cause me to gain approx 35lbs in less than a year. So, here I am trying to get back down to the wight/size I was before the meds. My diet has alway been healthy, no soda, very minimal alcohol, not real big on sweets, don't do much fried food and I exercise about 4-5 a week (cardio and wight training). And with all of that, I am struggling to lose weight/inches. So, I will try using this site to help track my diet/exercise daily to see what I need to tweak to reach my goal. Wish me luck!!
