... whoa, my iPhone stopped my texting on my last journal entry--long story short: four fish meals later (with regular food in between) = weight loss (about 3 pounds)! I was shocked. I stayed within my calorie range throughout this time, but the fish (fat and all) triggered a breakthrough in weight loss. Go figure! So guess what I am adding to my plan! FISH! (Even fried fish).

Thanks everyone for your support on my pity party yesterday. Your positive remarks remind me where I need to put my focus (not on the TV, not on the car, not on all the little irritations of life) but on life itself. Thank you. I find this site really inspiring -- I can see from what I read of your journals that this is a way of life, not a whim. That means a lot. 💞
