So last night my husband cooked and it was great, Veal Parmesan. But there were no veggies :( . I tried to get me some salad but I really did not feel like it. I am cooking a ginger chicken in the crock-pot for dinner tonight and making some sweet potato chips in the oven, boy does it smell good. I will be having a salad for lunch and some raw veggies for dinner.
Did exercise this morning in the pool and in the apartment gym. Feeling great and now I got to do my Statistics & Biology home work & prepare for my test this Friday.
I <3 how I feel after I work out!

I have been doing well with my diet, did really well last night. I started my own
challenge
but it is not posting on the challenge wall so I don't know what I am going to do about the teams. I might do another challenge for around Thanksgiving. I really want to loose this weight and I think that makes all the difference in the world for me. I am my heaviest now than I have been in years.

I have not been eating raw as I should, but 2 weeks ago I did start exercising more and I started college. I can feel in my cloths that I have lost weight.

I tried to post up a Challenge but it is not showing up in the challenge area...can't seem to figure out what I have done wrong. I spend more time on the computer trying to figure it out than I would like. But I did not have anything planned for this afternoon anyway. If you are reading this then Check out my Challenge, I posted this up in all my groups hoping to spread the word:
"I am still trying to figure out some of the features on here and I really like the Challenge Feature. I plan on making more but for my first one I am challenging myself to eat slower. I have a habit of inhaling my food and I know that if I take longer to eat I will eat less. I have made some really good mini challenges to go with this as well.

Aaron and I planned on going to Savannah this weekend but now we are not sure, there is the Craft Beer fest there, and I have always wanted to go to Savannah. I hope we can go, it would be nice to walk around and see a new city.

So I have not been on for what feels like several months but I have been doing my best.
I started back to College last week and I know that I have been getting exercise there. Walking around a campus with 20 lbs on your back is a work out. I am going to start using my pedometer to see exactly how many steps I do take. I don't really like doing that, I would just rather measure how many M or KM I walk, I think that would probably be best. The main reason is because I walk slowly from English to Math because I have more time and the distance is less, but I fast walk from Math to Biology because it is further away, but I have more time between the two classes than the other two. Then after Biology I do some errands around the campus walking from buildings to buildings sometimes slow sometimes fast. I just don't really know how I would calculate that.
I know that I am super tired when I get home and just pass out. I have been trying to snack better taking nuts and seeds, veggies and fruit. I found that fruit roll ups does an all fruit one that is really good, but I keep forgetting to ask my nutritionists how good they really are. I have also started taking Nano-Greens in the morning to help with my energy levels and to get my fruits & veggies.
This is my update and I hope to have more. Starting a challenge next week to make sure that I write everything down...hope I can do it.
