Yesterday, I had the HyVee triathlon. I had pretty good energy and accomplished faster times in the swim and bike. Eating wise I consumed alot of carbohydrates on Sunday and on Saturday and Sunday consumed about 800 calories worth of candy and sweets.... So this week my goal is to be on track.
After consuming the sweets I didn't feel guilty or anything. It actually tasted really good! lol I wanted to consume healthier sweets and not indulge in a Peanut Buster Parfait from DQ like I would have 4 weeks ago.
I had banana, mango, strawberry sorbert from Coldstone mixed with Mango Yogurt Strawberry syrup and chocolate shavings... then I had some caramel and chocolate candies, then I had some Dark Chocolate and pistachio covered toffee...
SO LOTS of empty calories there :( On track this week!
