I've done WW before and it really does work but I'm starting to think that watching calories in and going to the gym is maybe a better option for me. I recently found this site through the app on my smart phone and I find it very convinient to just type in a food and keep track that way. I'm a visual person and on the app I don't see where the WW points are? Maybe I'm doing something wrong... Anyways, here goes! :)
