I had a pair of shorts fall to my knees today!! I was at home thank goodness.
Maybe they were just stretched out since last time I wore them, but hoping my hips are shrinking even if my weight is not.

It was storming all day yesterday, so just couldn't get in the mood to exercise much. Hopefully I do better today. Since I added Richard Simmons to my workout, I am finding it harder to do the exercise bike. My legs are tired, lol. I used to could do this with no problem, getting older sucks!

Ok, exercising more, still not losing weight.
Going to take measurements today, and see if in a week
or two, anything is at least shrinking, lol
