So its horrible starting this whole diet thing during midterms time where I stay up til 3am on a nightly basis. You get hungry at 3am!! And what's available Ian usually unhealthy. For example I did great all day yesterday until late when I had a small plate of my friends tuna casserole and 3 french fries and let's not forget the Starbucks coffee to keep me up and srudying! Gosh, such a failure. But with each day, I shall improve and make wise decisions!

So today is day one! So good so far. Only issue is that I am exhausted and it's raining which makes me want to stay indoors and drink hot chocolate and eat popcorn and watch movies. But THANK GOODNESS for classes because then Im forced to go out and mingle with the world and refrain from such crazy food desires. Shout out to my girl Pinball Kathy. hehe
