Last night I was feeling defeated in my weight gain. I end up eating 2 hot dogs. Then I woke up this morning thinking ok I need to try again. I weighed myself and now I am 260 lbs. My weight is having wild swings that make me puzzled.

I am not very happy at all. I thought I was doing good on my diet this week. Except yesterday morning hubby brought home mcdonalds pancakes for me. That was only failure because I ate them. I just don't know what why I gained weight like I did. I am not sure what to think and feel like a failure.

Yesterday I am not sure if I failed with my diet or if did well. I feel like I did stumbling. Yesterday morning I made a protein drink and it was delicious. It was almond milk, pb fit powdered peanut butter and top secret nutrition energizing whey protein. I didn't realize what made it energizing until I was bouncing off the walls crazy with energy. I didn't read the whole label. It has 4240mg for energizing properties!!!! It is crazy that it is like that. I won't take this again unless before a workout. I need to find a new whey protein or shake or something.

the first few days of this diet is hard. I am finding it hard to make the best food choices. I think I am on the right track. I did well with breakfast making scrambled eggs and having low carb bread. Then lunch was a turkey sandwich and minestrone soup. Dinner was baked boneless skinless chicken breast but it was with rice and cheese broccoli. I ate more chicken and broccoli than I did rice. This morning I had a protein shake made with top secret nutrition whey protein and powdered peanut butter and almond milk. I made 2 attempts one with a lot of ice and that turned out almost like ice cream. hen I made one with out ice and it was yummy. I may make more of these shakes. I have talked to some people in my family and they are discouraging me. One of them said whats the point to losing weight if I already done the damage to my body. I said so that I would just live longer and they said so what. I would be giving up a lot if I am losing weight. I don't think they really care about me and just trying to bring me down. I have a 100 reasons to lose weight and I am going to give it a true at this. I am going to try this and then if I have a hard time losing weight I think I might look into weight loss surgery. One way or another I am going to lose this weight.

I am starting over and this is very hard. I need to do this for myself to feel better. I also need to do this for my family, my husband and my kids.
