I have been reading Potatoes for Prozac - good ideas, but just set me off trying to get 36 grams of fat in breakfast?

Well I am still here. I started my challange on Monday 1/5 and Tuesday 1/6 I did my walk etc and my time to go home from work my back was back, spasms etc. Friday 1/9 I had my second nerve block. I think it has worked. Today I on liquids only to have colonoscpy tomorrow. Praying I will be back on track and ready to exercise on Tuesday. Sure will appreciate my food and program.

Well, I didn't loose, but I sure didn't gain....good for the Holiday Season, NOW down to business...
