Three years ago I reached a certain weight and physique and was felt like such a short amount of time, but really was a year and a half. I ended up blowing out my L5 and S1 hung up my Martial Arts gloves, and barely touch the weight in my life again. I went from 155 8% body fat up to 180 27% body fat.

This was all after losing 87 pounds in literally 1.5 years…. Ik what I need to do but that motivation just isn’t there anymore. What’s the point? My body isn’t the same. I’m not the same. And life hasn’t gone my way. Idk why I’m journaling this but it feels like the man I pushed myself to be has died after a 6 year relationship ended. Plus my injuries plus declined from grad school 5 times …. Why do I still come back and continue to give dieting a try when it’s just not fun anymore
