Feeling better as the days go by that I have been right on track and keeping to me dieting. I am trying to just take it one day at a time and not look at the whole week. Just one day and 47 more lbs. to go till goal. Yesterday was real challenge for me after work as I was really hungry. So it really took a lot for me to keep on track but I did it. Another day gone, now just get through today...

I am feeling so much better for the last fewdays with all the water leaving me. It seems really weird to see such a mild winter up here as we should be below zero right now. I don't like the winters up here so I will take this nicer weather without the snow. My main goal today is to just get by and stay focused and come home after work and get some exercise for 30 minutes or more.

Today is my first day again. I weigh 199.2 lbs. I need to loose almost 50 lbs. I really would like to loose it by my next birthday so the 28th of May is the closest to it and on a Monday. I always have started my diets on a monday so this must be for me as a new year and on a Monday. Well what did you do to bring in the New Year? Well let me tell you what I did. I was on my Exercise Bike and Treadmill to start my New Year the right way. I am really hoping this will be the year for big change for me. I have dieted most of my life and over the last 4 months i have gone from 226.8 lbs. to 188.8 lbs. till about 6 weeks ago and then I gained back almost 18 lbs. So I need to bust my butt and get it done.
