I know I've been eating the same thing everyday, but I am enjoying it! My husband has gone on a pork chop kick and wants them all the freakin time. As long as he likes my cooking, I'm good :)
He's mexican and I'm not good at cooking like his mom (getting better but it's not the easiest thing).
I have been keeping up with my exercises and my diet plan of calorie restriction. WOOHOO, I feel good right now, but I can be manic at times... Let's hope this lasts :)

EWE, 2 pounds is nothing...
Gross, I tried to workout last night.
Kids went to bed at 9:30, had to go to the grocery store. Got home at 11:00, still had to take a shower. I could've done it at midnight but I have to wake up at 6 for work... FAIL

This weekend was hard to say the least!
I went to my parents house and my in-laws house.
What are the odds that both BBQed carne asada, AHHHH!!
I mostly just ate the meat, because I figured it has no carbs. A ton of salt though, I feel a little bloated because of it.
I'm only going to weight myself once a week so I don't know how it affected me yet :/
