Didn't follow my diet over the weekend, too much going on. However I did manage to lose 3 lbs since last Monday! And I'm ready to start a challenge today to lose 15 lbs by Mother's day! My goal for this week is to excercise regularly and to drink more water.

Day 1 of my diet went well, set a goal of 1900 calories a day. Went over by 30 calories, did better then I thought! I also met my goal of working out (cardio 25 min). Today my goal is NOT to go over my 1900 calories and also to walk for 30 minutes. Let's goooo day 2!!
