Well I know that I broke even BUT I didn't weigh in last week because I went off for a week for a test. I feel really lucky that I broke even after what I ate for that week......:P:

Well I am on track and man I want a pizza today........LOL I have held out and watched my points and charted just so I can eat a pizza for dinner tonight. I also am giving up my ice cream tonight before bed so I can have it. my foot is finaly feeling better and I can actually put my tennies on (I triped over a weight last Thursday and I think I broke my small toe) I didn't go to the Dr because its not like they can put my toe in a cast. I am however going to do my first workout since I hurt my toe tomarrow. Time to start working out again I know it will be slow but I need to start. I also have a new video coming which I am very excited about it is to use my ball and has a bunch of tummy exercises and man I need that......LOL

Well I am feeling good and going strong. I am taking my oldest clothes shopping for school so that should burn a few cals......LOL I am going to post every day a good choice that I made because that way I can look back when I mess up and see that along the way I did make great choices. Well today is church day and they always serve treats such as donuts after mass. I always tell my kids that if they are good during church then they can have a donut. I put a weight watchers cake in the van and after mass we went and have donuts minus mine because I knew my treat was in the van....LOL so I had 1 pt vs probably 5 or 6. YAA ME!!

Well yesterday I was able to stay under my points and I wasn't even hungry so I think that was a good sign. I woke up this morning and I wanted waffles and then I was bummed because I was thinking on my new life style I can't have them because there is to much fat, and sugar and all that stuff not to mention the points I would eat. I couldn't stop thinking about the waffles......LOL So this morning I went to the store and I got special K ones which was 3 points and with fat free butter and sugar free syrup it was 3.5 points and I was really happy that I got to eat what I wanted to eat.
exercise note my legs are still so stiff and sore I got in my 10,000 steps but not much else. I am going to attempt to do my 5 mile walk video but we will see.

Well I am now going to meeting for weight watchers I just can't do it alone. I am so sore that I have been doing that exercise video everyday and still not completed it because it is just 2 hard. I think I will try to just do a 5 mile walking off the pounds with band because my legs hurt so bad that I can't walk up the stairs but I know that if I quit exercising I will want to stop all together. This is on top of my 10,000 steps that I am doing anyway. I am broken down and I jsut don't know if I can do it.
