I have been lax in my record keeping of what I am eating, today I start new. I also vow to exercise each day and weigh in on Saturday Dec 5th.

I am doing very poorly on this program right now.

I seem to be struggling these past two weeks, I eat the protein before every meal, my problem is I think I am actually eating too much, except I am hungry at night, so I am just going to start going to bed instead.
