I have decided to not do this for the weight loss, but take that as a bonus or side effect of watching what I eat and working out.
I am down in inches, just not in weight.

I am just sort of starting to use this as a tracking tool. The weight entered was after the gym and before eating breakfast/lunch.
Some of the stuff I did eat today, I cannot find on here or was prepared at a restaurant or deli counter. I think today might not be a very good day for a lot of this.

I guess I am sort of new at this. I have started to go to the gym, as to return to normal activities after knee surgery as well trying to be healthier in general. Eating better is a huge thing and hope that this will keep or at least make me aware of what I am eating.
