A little recap on this week. I have a weigh in on teusday-this is the 2nd time around doing extreme fat smash. My diet since last teusday has been excellent, no splurges no "oops" no cheating. I ran for 2.8 miles for two days, and since I'd never really run before every single muscle in my body was in the worst pain, sitting down became the most painful thing. So the day after I did a work out video low intensity to not get off track, but the next day was even worse. So yesterday became a rest-day so I could recover and my body feels a lot better. But then, last night my boss and co-workers took me out because I'm moving away soon and I drank too much, 4 mixed drinks : ( and then we all shared some chips (not good!) So this morning I feel awful but I've already started the day right with a great breakfast of fruits and water and I've already done a high-intensity workout. The next two days I will be going camping and when I get back it's weigh in time. Tomorrow and the next day I plan on running in the morning ( around the campsites) to stay on good track. I am very proud of myself for this week (accept for the alchohol last night). I hope everyone feels good about their week too.

I ran! The last time I really tried to run was probably 7 years ago in junior high p.e. Remember that? When you'd have to wear the school's awful colored gym uniform and change infront of the people that would make fun of you in the quad at lunch. It was the two times out of the school year when the teacher would stand with a clipboard and you had to run a mile within 20 min. A little off toppic, but anyhoo I wanted to start running so I read online when you start running for the first time you should run for 1 minute and then powerwalk to 2 min, don't clench your fists, etc. So I made a running mix on my ipod and did that around the lake outside my place (Greenlake in seattle,Wa) and I ran all the way around it. I just read online the walking path around Greenlake is 2.8 miles. I am SOOOO proud of myself for doing it! I want to do this at least 5 days a week.
