Did 40 minutes using the Gofit weight bands. Then did two hours of Dance Central 2 on Xbox Kinect! Another 456 calories! Making the work outs fun is the key!

Didn't get the exercise I wanted over the weekend. Back on track tonight. Working the rubber bands with the wife for strength training (40 min) and doing a little Dance Central 2 on Xbox Kinect (40 Min). Keeping the work outs fun!
