So, I've been trying to be diligent about recording everything that I eat (which has not been fun), and it looks like I'm having trouble with keeping within my alloted calorie intake for the few days that I've been doing this. Interesting. I'm not logging my exercises, because I don't want that to be a factor. I just want to stay below my max intake range and see what kind of affect that has on my weight.
