Hi there, my name is Bonnie. I live just outside of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. I have two gorgeous daughters (10 and 23) and a husband whom I adore. I am in a high-stress job that means I frequently eat while in meetings, and never take breaks to at least go for a walk at lunch. I have been on medication for the past several years which has slowed my matabolism and meant that the weight has found me, despite me trying to loose it! That coupled with having an emergency hystorectomy last year has meant that the weight has climbed to my highest ever - 153 lbs. I try my best on the South Beach Diet, and try to exercise at least 4 times per week. I would like to get back down to 135, as this is when I felt my best.
Now if anyone has any different breakfast ideas than eggs, I am most interested in hearing about that!
