Hi everyone, I haven’t been active for so so long. I was on a weight gain journey after suffering from an eating disorder. I have gone from 67 lbs to 126 lbs in a year. I am so so proud of myself. I am recovered mentally and physically and i feel so much better.

and back to where i started :( this has been so hard... i literally am doing everything and eating way more than i usually do but everytime i gain some weight, i lose it. i do not know what to do. i am gonna give up because nothing is working. nothing. i feel ashamed and horrible and idk. it's just like i can not gain weight yet i eat quite a bit!😭😭

somehow lost a pound today and not quite happy about it since i had a bigger lunch today and am continuing to still eat more snacks... so tomorrow i am going to start the morning off with a big breakfast, and for lunch tomorrow i am having a tortilla filled with cheese, chicken, and salsa as well as multiple different snacks. i need to gain weight! this drop won't stop me!😄💪🏻

i am officially 82 pounds! gained 2 pounds in 2 days! today for dinner i had a plate full of potato wedges, caesar salad, roast beef, slice of bread with butter, and some almond milk, and went back for seconds!! i kept eating even when i was super full. i also had a chocolate chip cookie and ice cream, and i know it is not healthy but at the moment of eating it all i was thinking was "i deserved this" and "i need to gain weight." i did do a little bit of exercise but only squats, lunges, pushups: weight gain/muscle exercises. all i can say is i am proud of myself, but i am not done this journey yet. my goal is to reach 91.5, so i still have 9.5 pounds left to go💪🏻❤️
