I'm not taking phentermine anymore because my doctor prescribed adderall 20mg instead which clearly is working for me just as well! I fit back in my pre pregnancy clothes but I still feel like I'm bigger than I was before at this weight range. The waist on my jeans are actually lose but the legs are super tight so I guess my legs are bigger..my pants feel shorter and my shoes feel smaller...did I grow lol??? sure hope not Im already way to tall for a female! Anyway, I am soooo close to my goal weight of 160 that I've decided I AMMMM gonna go for a 140 lb goal once I hit this goal.

So busy with school lately, but I always manage to fit in a workout M-TR sometimes Friday and maintain my diet on weekend, even though its more restrictive during weekdays. Also, I always complete a half hour cardio and some weight training even if I'm in a hurry or am so tired. I still feel so weak while working out cus I know I'm not getting enough calories but once I reach my final goal weight I will start eating properly again. I am just so focused on the light at the end of the tunnel I HAVE TO get there. It just sucks a little because as I lose weight my resistance level during cardio is going down instead of up, so I hope I can rebuild it after Im at my goal 140.

Working out 4 days a week at school half hour of cardio..I was doing weight training but every since I cut my caloriie infame I have been so tired I can barely finish the cardio part....need to start doing squats tho ASAP!!!! i have been on phentermine for a month n a half n it is really working well for me i am no longer yo-yo ING on my weight only losing it!!!! Doc said u build a tolerance to it though but hopefully I dont for a whileeee
