Hey!! It's been a while...I'm back where I started :(
I've had quite a few incidents happen to me that caused the spike in my weight.
I'll open up about it in a later journal but I'm back on here, ready to attack some new goals.

Hey guys!
As you all can see, I've repeated the cycle and gained back the weight I had loss.
No worries, I've regained control and will finish this year strong.
I will at least lose 20 pounds before year is over!
No more eating out on my own. ( I'm going to try my hardest)
I've been going out on dinner dates so those will soon turn into home cooked meals.
I've been feeling real crappy but that's about to change. I'm finding my purpose again and will not allow what's happening to me discourage me.
