I'm so proud of myself! I have to share....Last night we went out for supper and I ordered a beef Thai salade which I normally do not do. Buttttt...the salade was NOOOOOO good at all for a bunch of reasons. I ended up complaining and did not eat nor pay for it. Anyhow... I ate 3 or 4 bites of pieces of cheese. I felt like eating a bigmac on my way home but decided to order fried chicken and fries like usual. But...to my surprise when the meal arrived I wasn't hungry anymore, so I gave the fries to my boyfriend (he was still hungry even after his meal at the restaurant.) and I ate only have the chicken breast with a little skin and i was FULL. I did drink a glass of water at the restaurant before hand oh and a Dry Martini hihi...I'm glad this happened because it made me realise that if we wait long enough after eating just a couple bites hear and there are hunger goes away. What a lesson. This morning I lost another pound usually when I go out to the restaurant I gain 2 pounds the next day. :-)

Geeez...I cheated this weekend. Looks like that can't be done anymore. Unless... I exercise to burn those extra calories. But how much exercise would it take to burn 500 calories for example? 2 hours of excessive cycling? 5 hours moderate walk? Too much for me I don't like sports (never have, never will) Maybe...I should try finding something I would like doing...like tennis? Perhaps! or...I don't know...swimming? Nahhhh...Mountain climbing? Yeah...maybe...that could be interesting. I like nature and being outdoors...I think that could be possible but where? Hummm... Not any mountains around here that I know of. Darn! Gotta find something else to do. Stairs? Gotta find a building near by where I can get in without a key that has a least 4 stories high hummm...the hospital? There must be another place than that around here...isn't there? Any ideas anybody? And no I will not go to the "gym". By the looks of it I think I will have to just stick to my low calorie diet and not cheat. For now anyways. Untill I find a "sport" or what I would prefer...an "activity" that suits my personal likes. If I could just find a mountain to climb near by I would definitely try that.

My objective is to loose 10 pounds by June 5. Why? Because I am going to have a little 'get together' with long lost friends. I used to be the skinnist of them all and now I am the biggest. :-( sniff sniff...Anyhow...this is my motive and I think it takes one to get the drive to loose weight. My methode is to check my calorie intake. My RDI is 1500 calories per day so I will stick to eating between 1000 and 1200 calories per day. So far I have lost 3 pounds in 3 days. Oh and I also started a housecleaning job on Monday. I went from sedentary to low active. Which I presume helps too. So guys...hang in there!

losing 10.5 lb a week

What worked out for me the first time I lost 5 pounds in a week was to plan my meals for the day in the morning before eating anything. And my meals for the day were between 1000 to 1200 calories per day. I cheated once on the weekend lets say for a night out to the restaurant. Then I would exercise the morning after. It worked but the only thing is I started to cheat a little here a little there and I regained the weight. Sniff sniff... the question is...how do we not cheat??? I am going to try what worked again but this time...make it a goal to plan my meal everyday first thing in the morning. I find it hard to stick with a decision when in my life there is no routine. I know its easier for me to stick with something when my life is a little more organised. Like last week my boyfriend got an operation and that changed alot of things around the house. Like sleeping hours and exercise routine have all changed and now I have to get reorganized. That should help.

Started eating carbs and less proteins. Someone told me to do that since I was normally eating high protein and less carbs. They told me to do the opposite. Looks like that didn't work out very well. Darn, now I have to start from scratch. :-(
