Well I have been so busy I have not been getting to the gym but I havent put weight back so that is the best part. Even if I only lose it slow it is still lost. I have lost over 40 pounds and I am still trying to behave. The big thing is that I am not putting it back on which was always my problem before. I am losing it slow but I am losing.

Weigh-in: 288.4 lb

still to go: 58.4 lb

I am so excited I have now lost 40 pounds which I just realized that is the same as I heft up for my dog food when I go buy a new bag of her food. That seems so heavy when I am doing that but it doesnt seem as much when you lose it off your body until you put it in terms of a single item that you have lost it is an amazing feeling to know that I have done this now.
