So I weighed myself this morning and it looks like I've gained 4 lbs... I won't let this discourage me though. It's not like I was trying real hard the past two weeks. I'm definitely back on the horse and will be recording what I consume. Matt is waking me up in the mornings when he gets up so I can go run on the elliptical. It definitely helped to be motivated this morning. It was hard getting up, but I feel great now! I ran for 10 minutes and will be upping the time I use it by a minute everyday. & in the afternoon/evening, I want to work with the Jillian Michael's dvd. I'm excited because I've never dieted and worked out together. It's always been one or the other. I'm excited to see results!

I really want to lose 15lbs by Nov 13. We're flying to Michigan to visit family and I'd really like to look [close to] my best. I have a lot of trouble disciplining myself and caving in without constant accountability. Today I'm already at a rough rough start. I wouldn't be surprised if I was over my calorie goal already.
I need to run on my elliptical daily. I need to build up endurance. I'm really out of shape.I keep telling myself I'll walk in the morning and run in the evening, but I find ways to get out of it. It's a daily struggle with laziness and self control. It's an even bigger issue because to me, it's sinning against God. He has called me to a better life than this- a healthy life. I will look to Him for the strength to get through it. I'm motivated! & even though I did terribly today, tomorrow will present a fresh new start- the opportunity to succeed!!
