I don't know what i'm getting myself into. But what I do now I want to be healthy and lose this weight. This is the largest I've been and im not happy with the way I look. I am ashamed to look in the mirror or skype with friends for that matter. I'm just ready for a change. I need help so my best friend suggest I try this site. Hoping that it was benefit me in some kind of way. Hope I have support!
