I work out 4 to 5 days a week. It's taking a toll on my hair. I probably am not drinking enough water. I'm slowly backing off the sugar. The holidays are not helping but I'm going to concentrate on portion control over the holidays and then eliminating refined carbs in the new year.

I really struggled last week wit what to eat. I finally got it together over the weekend. I've started my veggies and fish and chicken. I also picked up some raw almonds and cashews. The nuts are good for you but I really have to watch how many I eat, because I love them and often eat too many.
I worked out a the Club yesterday. I felt much better after. My goal is to get a work out in at least five days a week.
My water intake is okay, but I need to pick it up.
I weighted in at 148.6 yesterday. My first weigh-in since starting. Not bad because I thought it was going to be over 150 pounds.

Today I started my day with a protein smoothie with a 1/2 banana and a little muscle milk, approximately 300 calories.
I have my veggies at home, but no meat. I have to get tot he grocery store for that. I plan to gradually eat healthy every day until I am able to eliminate sweets and other refined carbs. Eventually I plan to work myself into the first phase of the South Beach diet. I've giving myself 7 to 10 days to reach this goal.
