I’m doing good on keeping calves below 1500 and eating things like chicken breasts, salad and fruit. Cutting out wheat and dairy makes me feel a lot better. Seems like those two things cause a lot of pain and also bloating.
I’ve been to the gym twice this week and working out at home using an app called BetterMe. I feel good and strong. Just focusing on my health and paying attention to what I’m eating and drinking has had a positive impact.
Trying to turn this into a lifestyle, not just a phase. If I exercise first thing in the morning, that helps!

I’m feeling really full and satisfied with my day today. Dinner was 2 hard boiled eggs, an avocado and tomatoes. I think the key to this thing to try and get some exercise up here in the mountains of Colorado. I have a bike, but it’s been raining.. and I have no other excuses. Tomorrow, I’m heading to the gym and will report back and let you know if I’m a liar or not 😂
