Breakfast today was a super tasty bowl of peanut butter oatmeal! And because it was the weekend, I added some chocolate chips :D
I woke up late, so to make sure I got my calories in, this bowl was pretty big (about 900 calories)!

Lost a little bit, which is super exciting! Although I’m happy with my current weight, I would really like to try getting down to 123-124 ish just to see what it would be like.

I haven’t weighed myself in weeks because I took a break to focus on my health and balancing my diet (my macros, making sure I was eating enough fat, etc). I had been really stressed and stressed about food, but now that I’ve taken a step back to reevaluate everything, I’m finally back to the normal me and I’m so glad to see this number today! I probably won’t weigh myself again for another few weeks, and I think that’s a good thing :)
