Well lets see.... I like to think of myself as an athletic person. In high school I played sports year round. I participated in football, wrestling, and baseball, and enjoyed playing golf and racquetball in my free time as well as surfing almost every weekend. I considered myself in excellent shape and my ultimate goal is to get back to that good of shape. My wrestling weight class was at 160 lbs., now I know that is an unrealistic weight to get back down to, so I'm aiming for around 180 lbs. What happened you ask??? Well... life happened. I started working which meant I no longer had time for sports. My metabolism went down, but my appetite didn't. I started eating unhealthier, going for fast food all the time. So yeah, thats my story.
