Not to be frank but due to my thyroid issues I am constipated most days. Had a bowel movement yesterday. So I think this is part of my big weight loss for the day and also I was so busy I didn't get time to eat anything but dinner. Also, I am a soda lover and drinking nothing but water and black coffee these past 6 days has really seemed beneficial. Yes, I miss my soda and my carbs!
