Hard to follow the plan when you're in Las Vegas for the week. Still, I thought I ate pretty healthy. Guess not.

So I'm actually going to listen to all those do-gooders at family reunions and church that are heavier than me but still offer advice. "It's all in the diet," they say. I guess they figure the less I eat, the more for them. Eh, it might be a little selfish but that's alright.
I'm now serious about optimal health, and there is no way, looking at my gut, that I'm in top shape. Plus, it hurts to put my socks on.
So here's hoping, that by the end of October, I can fit into my high-school tuxedo!
