Trying another route as I have put back 22 pounds since June!!! This time I think I have hubby along for the ride....lets see how long that lasts :)

Restarting what worked for me over the past 2 years, this time with new incentives (thanks to my hubby!) Of course being healthy is my number one priority, right up there with looking and feeling good.....but it really does help to have mini goals with incentives or some goal other than just weight loss tied into it....I have 22 days before I return to work.....my goal is to lose these 18 pounds before then and return to being under 200lbs. I will continue with the gym and my trainer, but I realize that my brick wall these past 6mths has been food and my emotional eating. Life doesn't have to be that way, I remember how good it felt before not to need food to get through the day and so I know I can do it again.....this time I will not stop and I will reach my ultimate goal!!!
