so, i just felt the first really growling of my stomach in i don't know when. my hunger has always been emotional, as far back as i can remember, even as a child. i don't remember a time my stomach has actually growled, besides when they with held food from me during labor, haha.
i think the growling was brought on because i embarked on 2 hours on intense yard work with my husband. we cut down three trees that were blocking our windows and were dry rotted, we cut the grass, which was a pain, we raked, and even repositioned the school spirit sign for my 3rd grader closer to the tree, haha.
i guess the exercize brought on the hunger. i knew i was going to do this yard work, so i added a piece of cheese to my sandwich for lunch to throw in some protein and it worked, i just not got hungry, at the end.
so, anyway, thought that was interesting.
the biggest temptation i have had so far was when my husband made stroganoff for the kids 5 nights ago and its my fav, i nearly died. but i made it thru.
other than that. 3 meals a day it working. once i got over the first week, and the cravings, i am kinda regulated now.
the hardest part of it all now is learning how to go to the grocery store. i spent a combined total of 4 hours in the store this week. between my kids and my husband and i, its a nightmare. i am watching sodium to, and i am on a budget. i spent 200.00 and barely got 5 paper bags full of groceries. yikes! there are 7 of us!

well, heck, dropped 2 lbs since yesterday. must be water weight.

Well, the scale says up one lb, but considering how much I dropped in such a short period I am not going to sress. I know what I droppos is mostly water weight and that is going to go back and forth just a tad. I promised I would not weigh in for another week! Yet! I have been doing it almost daily! It is addictive! LOL!
