HOORAY!!! I feel so GREAT! I've been working out every day since the 4th with this new workout plan I found in Shape magazine & online at: www.shape.com
I haven't weighed in since Thursday...I'm kind of excited to see where I'm at. I wish I could go in tomorrow but I work from 8am-9:30pm..yucky!! Oh well, guess I'll have to wait til Tuesday.

So I'm following plan but I went up. Of course this has to do with the fact it my "girl time" of the month. UGH!! I hated it when it does that. Plus, I'm trying out swimming suits, so depressing, for our honeymoon to Mexico and I just feel horrible!
I'm motivated to lose...I worked out this morning on the treadmill for 15mins and then some shaping excersices. I'm going to get on the treadmill again tonight (usually I walk outside, but it's in the triple digits here).

ok, so this weekend went well...started drinking V8-Fusion (the mango one is yummy)! So I got my foods in; however I had my bridal shower this weekend so that meant champagne and sweets. I stayed away from the sweets but couldn't say no to the bubbly.
Traveling in the car was ok...I drank my V8 and water and only snacked (licorice) on the way home...mom didn't have any apples for me to take with us in the car. oh well.
Goal for this week
(while starting "aunt flow"): Tread mill 30 mins in the morning and pilates at night. Drink more V8 to help with food intake...and STAY AWAY from the food at Old Spaghetti Factory (where I work tomorrow night).
GO ME!!! Wedding count down: 54 days or 8.5 weeks to go!!

Getting back on track with my foods. Over the weekend and week we had close friends staying with us which caused us to dine out and snack more.
I am getting more foods in as well.

Grrr...I didn't eat dinner last night and then for lunch yesterday I had sushi which combined didn't help my weight. :(
