I have started a my own Challenge to help me keep on track. I am going to make this my start up tab and that should remind me of what I need to do. I have been trying to have motivating alarms but my mind just says SNOOZE. I had felt really good when I worked out in the morning and I really want to start doing that again. I think I just need to write that down.

I have been Vegan but the crappy side of vegan so I think I am going to work on that this weekend and clean out the fridg and actualy make some food for the next few weeks or for the 8 week challenge. I will have to see what I can make in surpluse and in advance.

I find school work more important - which it is- but so is working out. need to not get so infatuated with Netflix and Suduko. Maybe I need to give myself a challenge of suduko games per mile ran. that sounds reasonable.

I just know that non of my cloths fit and I weigh more then I have in along time - will I had peaked 190 but I have been leveling at 180 or so. I most defenitely want to get back in the cloths I use to fit in. so for now I am just looking to get down to 150 but really beable to fit in my cloths so I can wear my jeans again.
